Crazeetomatoman kiasu training program

You wanna know what a kiasu training is all about?
Well, I just had one. Although only 1hr, I felt like fainting lah...but I guess that meant I'm still far off from labelling myself as fit as a fiddle. VO2 max is still down at min :(

Crazeetomatoman kiasu training program:

- warm up 10min
- staircase 10min
- sprint 10min
- hill 10min
- flat 20min
- warm down 5min
- stretch stretch stretch
