Rajah Brooke's kolo mee

Yahoo!!!! Another place to have Sarawak kolo mee!!!

Stall Rajah Brooke's can now be found at a corner coffeeshop, Restaurant Hock Hai, Jalan SS2/103

Tried it during the public holiday on Wednesday.

Ordered the big bowl and yes, it was huge!! Delicious!!!

Chef Aubrey made his own BBQ pork. Wow! He really is very passionate about it, no doubt about that!

Try it!

Brother Raymond, Please don't eat pork and other scavenger animals (e.g. shellfish, eels, certain birds etc) to stay healthy. Please see Lev 11 and Deut 14.3 onwards.

Adam and Eve ate grains, nuts on trees, fruits, herbs and vegetables - live 900+ years. (It is not surprising that many Drs, nutritionist, health org advocate eating more of such foods today)

Subsequently, see how long our forefathers, Abraham etc live.

Also see Daniel's diet and how it help him and his friends.

It was due to the great flood (see Noah) that all vegetation was wipe out. God then allowed meat to be taken but He also guide believers on what meat should NOT be consume in Lev 11 and Deut 14.3 onwards.

Unfortunately, when meat was introduce after the flood, the average live span of humans starts to dwindle.

Today, is no exception even with - modern medicine, the avg lifespan does not revert to our fore father's days. Why? Today's healthy food source is contaminated with pesticides and chemicals. The air and water is also polluted. So if we contd to feed on the unhealthy stuff (e.g. scavenger meat), then the probability of getting chronic diseases is even higher.

I followed the above guide in the bible for last 5 years (incl eliminating Coffee, Tea, sugary beverages & Alcohol) and I can feel the big difference. My medical bills have also drastically reduce.

I did a detail medical check-up recently and the examining Dr specialist even said its rare to meet a person with my medical results these days.

FYI 5 years ago, my medical results wasn't good. God Bless me with the knowledge in the Bible and I hope you will be bless too.

Thanks Cheong!

I'll try my best to wean out meat...it's gonna be tough...yes, tough, with all the ham, bacon, steak out there... :(

Now I consume less meat compared to before. At times, I crave for vegetables cos I don't eat enough of it.

Really, many thanks for your advice!

Good to read that you have already taken baby steps. Praise God and I pray that he will continue to guide and strengthen you.

This link at Good News Magazine gives a list of meat that could be consume. http://www.gnmagazine.org/booklets/cu/bibledesignate.htm

The site also offered more detail discussion on the subject matter e.g. Did Jesus Declare All Meats Clean? http://www.gnmagazine.org/issues/gn43/meats.htm. (......if you want to dive into the details).

God Bless You :)

Although there is protein in plant base diet, but the body still find it easier to absorb protein from meat. So I still consume a little fish or chicken and contd to take baby steps towards a full vege diet. FYI, I know of triathletes (e.g. see Simon Cross) who are on a full vege diet and can still do exceptionally well in the sports.

God Bless You.
